Emma's first day at Miss Libby's

Emma started her first half day at Libby's house last Monday. She did a great job, as we would expect! :) I think we are going to be really happy with Emma there. The children are really into Emma (she is the only baby right now), and the children are precious! We found, Libby, through my old college roommate, Rebecca Knox. Libby is a family friend of hers, and also takes her daughter there. It is near both Courtney & my work, so it is pretty easy for drop off's and pick ups. Courtney has been dropping her off and I have been picking her up in the afternoon (at 3:30). So that is nice! And a little easier on me.... It is also nice because Emma & I get to spend our time together in the afternoon/evening...and Court has his time with her in the morning.

Since I am back at work, Courtney this morning took charge with getting Emma up, fed, and dressed. He picked out her dress, red and white (NC State colors) - of course! She did look real cute...

3 Months Old today!!

I can not BELEIVE Emma is three months old!!! The past three months have FLOWN by so quickly!! I have been putting away some of Emma's clothes that she has grown out of, and can not believe she was so small just several weeks ago... Here are her pictures on her 3 month birthday!

She now weighs 13 pounds! And is sleeping most nights eight plus hours a night, and is doing so well.... We are loving all our moments with her!

Wow, this week has been a hard week with transitioning back to work. Thankfully my Mom/SuSu had offered to come stay with Emma. It definitely has helped in the transition back to work, making it easier. We had it made this week, with all the help, dinners, and a clean house! Oh, and not to mention SuSu did our laundry as well. WOW, we are thankful! We did manage to have some fun too, we walked up to the pool on afternoon/evening when I got off of work.....

Emma thankfully likes the water (in the big pool)! And most of all, loves watching all the big kids in the pool! Swim team was going on, and boy she was really watching!!

Today, we had a great Sunday.... Courtney had the weekend off, so we started our day going to church, ran some errands, and Court went to play golf with some of his friends. Here are a few pictures of Miss Emma, with the boys, sleeping and posing in her crib. I think she likes to have her picture taken!! ;) She is now finally big enough to be wearing most of her clothes. She is growing so MUCH!!!
