Saturday - Maybe our new favorite day?!

Personally, this might my new favorite day now that Courtney does not work weekends. Boy, I made a long list and we accomplished sooo much and still had time to play. What a great feeling that is, and now not most of the responsibility is placed on me to get things done.

I made Emma some sweet peas, and they are her favorite so far! Making her food has been easier than I thought it would be actually. I am using my mini chopper food processor and bought a nice ice cube tray from Crate & Barrell, and it is done! We have made sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and now sweet peas. I think I am going to try green beans next this weekend. I am glad Emma is liking her greens so far!
